01 / THE LEAK

Your inbox should not decide which deal you close next.

A good buyer can look exactly like another email until someone reads the details. That is hard to do when the owner is also inspecting equipment, pricing machines, and answering the phone.

7:42 AM

A buyer asks for hours and FOB price while you are already out at the yard.

11:18 AM

Marketplace alerts, freight notes, and spam push the inquiry down the thread.

Next day

The buyer has already heard from another seller. You never know whether speed cost you the deal.

That is not a lead problem. It is an inquiry-handling problem.

A narrow service, on purpose

Built for shops where the owner is still the sales team.

  • A small owner-led sales operation
  • Listings spread across two or more marketplaces
  • Buyer inquiries arriving through Gmail or Microsoft 365
  • Follow-up handled from memory, flags, or a spreadsheet

Not a fit: franchise OEM dealers, parts-only operations, or large dealerships with a structured sales department.

02 / THE CHANGE

Less inbox work. More time on live deals.

Korvix does not replace your judgment. It clears the repetitive work around it.

03 / HOW IT RUNS

From new message to a clear next step.

Nothing is sent behind your back. Every reply reaches a human review gate first.

  1. 01

    Capture

Marketplace leads, website forms, and direct buyer emails enter one handled stream.

  2. 02

    Sort

Buyer inquiries are separated from freight notes, pricing updates, spam, and suspicious messages.

  3. 03

    Qualify

Make, model, year, hours, location, budget, timing, and shipping needs are pulled into a clear record.

  4. 04

    Draft

A practical first reply is prepared in your voice and left in the correct email thread.

  5. 05

    Review

You check the details, adjust anything you want, and decide when the message goes out.

  6. 06

    Follow up

Good inquiries that have not moved forward come back to your attention before they go cold.

A QUICK REALITY CHECK

What does one missed buyer cost you?

Use your own numbers. The point is not a big promise. It is to see whether keeping one more qualified inquiry moving would matter.

Planning estimate only. This is not a revenue guarantee.

Potential monthly profit kept in play$5,000
04 / HUMAN CONTROL

Your inbox stays yours.

Fast handling matters, but not at the cost of a bad quote, a wrong promise, or a message sent without your approval.

One label, not the whole inbox

Only the inquiry folder you choose enters the working stream.

Drafts, never surprise sends

You review the response and make the final call.

Unclear messages get flagged

Odd formats and missing details are sent for manual attention.

Access starts with an agreement

Data handling and working boundaries are set before onboarding.

The free inquiry audit

Start with the inbox, not a sales pitch.

Send a small sample of recent inquiries. Remove names and email addresses if you prefer. We will show you what came in and how it could have been handled.

You receive

  • 01 A clear split between serious buyers, price shoppers, and likely junk
  • 02 The details and next actions that should have been logged
  • 03 Where a slow reply or missed follow-up may have created a leak
  • 04 A sample first response written for the inquiry

05 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions a careful dealer should ask.

Is Korvix another CRM?

No. Korvix is a managed inquiry desk. We do the sorting, logging, and first-response preparation for you. If you already use a CRM, the process can be fitted around it later.

Will Korvix send emails without my approval?

No. Replies are prepared as drafts. You stay in control and decide what gets sent.

Do you need access to my whole inbox?

No. The working setup uses a dedicated label or folder for equipment inquiries. Only that selected stream is handled.

Does it work with Microsoft 365?

Yes. The service is designed for both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace inboxes.

What do you need for the free audit?

A small sample of recent buyer inquiries. You can remove names, email addresses, and any other sensitive details before sending them.

What happens after the audit?

We walk you through what came in, what looked serious, where follow-up may have slipped, and how the desk would handle it. You can decide whether a pilot makes sense.

Free inquiry audit

Let us look at where the inbox is leaking.

Tell us a little about your operation and the part of inquiry handling that gives you the most trouble. We will contact you to arrange secure sharing of a small sample.

What happens next

A short conversation, a small inquiry sample, then a practical readout. No payment and no system access for the audit.
