What the audit form collects
When you request an inquiry audit, Korvix collects the name, company, business type, email address, phone number, and inquiry-handling problem you submit. The form may also record campaign tags from the page address so Korvix can understand which advertisement or source led to the request.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to your request, check whether the service fits your operation, arrange the free audit, and understand the performance of Korvix marketing campaigns.
Sharing and selling
Korvix does not sell the information submitted through the audit form. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting and form storage, only as needed to run the page and process the request.
Retention and security
Audit requests are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping, and legitimate business purposes. Reasonable technical and operational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask Korvix to correct or delete information you submitted. Use the audit form and write “Privacy request” in the final field so the request can be identified and handled.
